How did you hear about SPENGA?
I heard about SPENGA first by seeing it in Clay Terrace and started researching it - when I saw the ad on Instagram for the free session I went for it and was hooked!
Has exercise always been part of your life?
Yes - I have always enjoyed finding different ways to keep in shape - from Kick Boxing to swimming to running
What keeps you motivated?
How great I feel AFTER I work out and showing my kids you are never too old to try something new
How many times a week do you WERKOUT with SPENGA?
3-5 times a week depending on the family schedule
Where are you from and where are you living now?
Grew up on Lake Shaffer but call south side Chicago home - and live in Westfield
What inspires you?
Being part of something larger and finding strength in that. The collective power of a group getting together to achieve something more than any one individual can do alone!
What is your favorite part of SPENGA?
The incredible instructors and how much they push me to do more than I think I can (and the strength floor).
